What is Roving Reference?
At UC Merced Library, our Roving Reference Students Assistants (the Rovers) have been specially trained to help with your library questions and research.
The Rovers can help you:
- Get started with your research.
- Find credible sources.
- Use the library catalog and databases.
- Use inter-library loan.
- Book group study rooms.
Where and when can I find the Rovers?
Fall 2014 hours are as follows:
|Monday||noon to 2pm||6pm to 8pm|
|Tuesday||noon to 2pm||6pm to 8pm|
|Wednesday||noon to 2pm||6pm to 8pm|
|Thursday||noon to 2pm||6pm to 8pm|
|Friday||noon to 2pm||---|
|Saturday||noon to 2pm||---|
|Sunday||noon to 2pm||6pm to 8pm|
They will be at the consult area at the Library Services Desk on the second floor or roving through the library.
