Books can now be checked out from the UC Merced Library using contact-free Curbside Pickup. This service applies to locally held books not available through HathiTrust ETAS. Requests are limited to 5 books at a time and we expect that book pickup will be available between one and three days after the request has been placed.

Course Resources are shelved behind the Library Services Desk and circulate for a two hour, library use only loan. Visit Course Resources to learn more about the Course Resources Program and to access our online submission form.

Return items to the drop slot outside of the library near the College Bookstore entrance or the return box by the second floor Services Desk.
Recalled materials are items that have been requested by another UC Merced student, faculty or staff member.
Current students can pay for Library fees online through MyBill. Individuals without a UCMNetID can use CashNet. Please email Library@ucmerced.edu for additional payment and replacement options.
All borrowers must comply with library policies and agree to pay fees for lost and damaged materials. Failure to comply with established policies may result in suspension of Library privileges.
