How to Request Library Instruction
Use the Library Instruction & Workshop Request Form to request Library or Special Collections & Archives instruction for all courses.
- For Archival Instruction (using content from our University Archives & Special Collections), please review what to expect.
- Further information is available for Writing 10 and Upper-Division Writing Courses. We are unable to provide general orientations or instruction for Writing 1 at this time.

A librarian will confirm your request within three (3) business days via email and work with you to design a library session in support of your course goals and students' information literacy development.
Please be aware of the following:
- We will not be able to fulfill sessions when an instructor or TA is not present.
