Flavio Herrera (UC Merced '26) joined the GIS Center as a full-time GIS Specialist in June 2026. Flavio worked as a student assistant at the GIS Center for three years. First, as an SSI Intern, and then as a student assistant supporting GIS Center operations, instructional support, and research project.
