The Library is pleased to announce Dolly Lopez is the Library’s new InterLibrary Services Coordinator. This position was previously occupied by recently retired UCM original staff member Denise Sawatzky. As InterLibrary Services Coordinator, Dolly will manage UC Merced’s resource sharing activities with the other UC libraries and libraries worldwide.
Dolly has been working at UC Merced as the InterLibrary Services Assistant since April 2013, and previously worked for 3 years in the ILL department as a student at UC Davis. Dolly earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development from UC Davis and is currently enrolled in the San Jose State University’s Master of Library and Information Science program. Prior to coming to UC Merced, Dolly worked as an AmeriCorps Health Educator in Madera, CA.
