eScholarship provides a suite of open access, scholarly publishing services and research tools that enable departments, research units, publishing programs, and individual scholars associated with the University of California to have direct control over the creation and dissemination of the full range of their scholarship.
In addition to acting as an institutional repository for the University of California, eScholarship also provides a robust set of publishing tools for things such as open access online journals, providing access to conference proceedings, access to media and data content, and for providing print on demand options for book-length works.
Faculty and campus researchers can use eScholarship to maintain compliance with The UC Open Access Policies by depositing a copy of their research via The UC Publication Management System.
The Library can assist you in using eScholarship to manage your own publications, as well as facilitating the process of setting up a new journal.
